After-School Movement & Play Program
Screens Off; Fun On is an after-school program designed to gently pull kids away from screens and back into movement, play, and real-life connection.
The focus is not on performance or competition, but on having fun while moving. Through a mix of games, coordination drills, mobility work, teamwork challenges, and playful sports elements (including some tennis), children get to run, laugh, and use their bodies in a natural way, I will also show them some animal flow moves.
This program is about:
- Moving freely and confidently
- Developing coordination, balance, and mobility
- Improving teamwork, communication, and social skills
- Building confidence through play
- Letting kids be kids — active, creative, and engaged
The sessions are energetic, varied, and inclusive, making them suitable for children of different abilities and sporting backgrounds. Every activity is adapted so that everyone can join in and feel successful.
What kids gain from the program:
- Better physical coordination and body awareness
- Improved focus and mood after school
- Stronger social connections and team spirit
- A positive relationship with movement and sport
- Screens Off; Fun On creates a safe, playful environment where children can release energy, make friends, and end their school day feeling happy, active, and confident.

Why “Screens Off; Fun On”?
Because many children spend large parts of their day sitting and looking at screens. This program offers a healthy counterbalance — a space where kids can disconnect from devices and reconnect with their bodies, their peers, and the joy of movement.
